It is shown as a Japanese/Chinese Spa.
Downstairs is the No Face spawner and some hot tubs.
Inside the chests are: bread, 1 golden apple, 1 gold bar, 2 diamonds, 2 diamond chestplates, 1 bucket of water, 1 diamond, 2 diamond leggings, 1 golden apple, 1 diamond horse armor, 1 paper and 1 potion of leaping.
